Information we collect
This website does not use a database and does not store submissions on a server. When you use the contact form, the details you type are passed to your own email application so you can send them to us directly. We receive only the message you choose to send.
If you become a client, we hold the information needed to provide the service: contact details, domain and hosting account records, billing information and support correspondence.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking cookies of its own. If analytics are enabled in future we will say so here and describe what is measured.
How we use your information

- To meet our legal, tax and registrar obligations
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with the parties needed to deliver a service — for example a domain registrar or a payment provider — and only what they require.
Retention
Client account and billing records are kept for as long as the service is active and for the period required by Egyptian law afterwards. Enquiries that do not become projects are removed once they are no longer relevant.
